My client, a well established national recruiter is looking for a Branch Manager for their Commercial Division in Bristol. In addition to Managing team members in branch, you will be expected to maximise the area and turnover for the branch.
Motivating, training, setting targets, employee review and discipline.
Information flow between senior management and recruiters.
Identification of growth areas.
Ideal candidates will have previous Branch Management experience though Senior Consultants looking for the next step may be considered.
Basic salary up to Ј25,000 plus excellent earnings potential and career development.
